Served its purpose for our stay, cheap, close to town and parking was easy. The room was very dated, the floors were coming apart, and it was hot. We could not get the room to cool down even with the ac unit running full speed and we could see daylight through the edges of the door. The towels were stained and our TV didn’t work, notified the desk and they said they’d call maintenance who never showed up. Breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs and toaster waffles. Also the key card quit working three times during our two-day stay and needed to be exchanged each time. Wouldn’t recommend or stay here again.

The hotel was supposed to be smoke-free, but we were greeted with a pack of Marlboro Light King Box in the room. Wondering if this was left by an earlier guest and never cleaned, or left by a cleaning staff member. The hotel room didn't have any USB/USB-C ports; we were prepared to see charging ports for our devices. The only option provided by the staff was to sell something for us. No use/return items were available. I would expect the rooms to be updated with better charging/connectivity facilities. We wanted an option of late checkout as we had plans to visit Antelope Canyon in the morning and come back to the room and take a shower before heading our way back. We told the staff member about this and wanted a check-out of 1 PM, instead of 11 AM. The only option available was to pack and leave the luggage at the storeroom. I asked if there was a way to pay to stay longer so we could take a shower before we headed out. The staff didn't even offer that there was a possibility to do that. Felt less accommodated in this situation. Breakfast was good; the staff at the cafe/break fast was helpful.

I was charged with mini bar usage which I didn’t. I called and they denied my request and insisted I used. Suggest you take video while you enter the room and record the minibar. Take video while you exit the property so you have proof.
