I recently stayed at, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. Firstly, the hotel’s address listed on their website and booking platform is incorrect, which made it very difficult to locate. The actual location is quite different, and it took me extra time and effort to finally find the place.

“Turned up at the hotel and the doors were padlocked.
Called them on the number pinned to the door and they said they would be there in 1 hour. I returned in 1 hour and no one showed up.
Hotel.com were useless and have refused to refund me as they say I cancelled and the hotel needs to approve the refund in this instance.”
