They organised taxis as needed, were very flexible to time of serving meals, and provided advice to seeing the sights. Rooms were clean the the place felt very comfortable and welcoming. "The hotel itself was great, but we had a hiccup with the management as they insisted that we pay for the room after we showed them the receipt that we already paid with Expedia. As soon as we got Expedia involved, they reimbursed us, but it was frustrating to deal with while tired from traveling. Other than that, the hotel itself was lovely with hot water in the shower a lovely breakfast and convenient location."

"Very central hotel (just minutes from the main square). Very close to restaurants and bars. It’s also accessible to the port to visit the Lake. Very nice people. The bar and restaurant are on the 10th floor which has a great view."
