The hotel has very outdated features. Water pressure was horrific. Garbage was strewn about. No made service.

This is a hotel that has trained its staff well. Very professional. Called our room after check in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and again at check out. A small detail, but most places don’t even ask. Book this hotel with confidence that your stay will be top notch.

**DO NOT STAY HERE. EVER.** One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Our room was in serious disrepair, smelled strongly of **mould, cigarette smoke and urine**, and, most disturbingly, **contained bed bugs**. The conditions were so unhygienic that we had no choice but to leave. Despite leaving because the room was completely unacceptable, the hotel **refused to provide a refund**. We did not simply change our minds about our stay, we left because we could not reasonably remain in those conditions. What is particularly concerning is that this clearly isn't a new problem. Reviews going back **seven years** describe many of the same issues: bed bugs, horrible odours, cleanliness concerns and general disrepair. Yet the hotel's responses repeatedly claim that management cares about guest experience and is working to resolve these problems. After our experience, those responses are incredibly difficult to believe. **Seven years of similar complaints is a pattern, not an isolated incident.** At some point, generic promises to “address concerns” mean very little when guests continue reporting the same unacceptable conditions year after Hotels don't need to be luxurious, but they should be **clean, sanitary and safe**. This property failed at those basic expectations and we will definitely be making reports to the appropriate health departments.
