“The location is great and check-in was quick, but unfortunately this was the worst experience we’ve had in over 10 years of staying here. We stayed in the Manager’s Apartment, and it was clear housekeeping and maintenance had been overlooked. We locked the door when we left but came back to it unlocked twice?? At 11 PM the ceiling started leaking so I had to move the furniture out of the way and discovered the loveseat was covering a nasty mess. We used towels to clean it up the leak until we……

“I've stayed in several of the "main" hotels on Ocracoke and this was my favorite stay! The room was incredibly clean and housekeeping came by daily to keep it fresh. Quiet but also conveniently located. A great stay especially for families with kids!”
