 to this stunning studio apartment in Sea Point, offering the perfect  
 base to enjoy the best of Cape Town. The apartment is nestled in a  
 brand-new building just a stone's throw away from the popular Sea Point  
 Promenade. The V&A Waterfront is just a 10-15 minute drive away, and  
 a scenic 10-15 minute drive takes you to Table Mountain.  
 Alternatively,  
 take a stroll or drive down to the world-famous Clifton and Camps Bay  
 beaches.

 bedroom area boasts ample closet space and storage space under the bed  
 plinth. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen  
 features high-end appliances, perfect to bring out your inner Jamie  
 Oliver. Enjoy the sweeping mountain and city views from the rooftop  
 deck  
 while you take a dip in the pool. Whether you're in Cape Town for  
 business or pleasure, this apartment offers everything you need for a  
 comfortable and luxurious stay.
