Private room was ok, no tv, staff act lije they do u a favour, had the tidy room sign out and that evening still on door sith nothing done, parking a hudge problem, place a disappointment for the price being charged for private room

Great place. Had a lovely time. Room is small but comfy. Two bars on site. A little noisy in the evening and breakfast is very small. Common area is awesome, restaurant and bar are fun and staff is super nice. Save parking at the back

Infelizmente nao vale a pena, apesar de ser um hotel barato, com muutos jovens e clima de hostel, o tratamento que tivemos na nossa estadia nao foi legal, a falta de organizacao, o pouco caso dos funcionarios e o estado do quarto, deixaram muito a desejar.

Einfach und Günstig aber super Lage

Das für Backpacker ausgelegte Hotel liegt an super Lage. Leider hatte ich noch Schuhe unter dem Bett vergessen. Bei zweimaligen telefonischen nachfragen ob sie diese suchen könnten, wurde ich mit "wir werden zurückrufen" hingehalten. Zurückgerufen wurde aber nie.

Nice hostel in cool neighborhood

I really liked my stay here. Comfortable rooms, bedding and clean bathrooms. Really nice bar/resturant on the first floor with good food. Terrace bar closes at 10 and the first floor bar closes at 12 so things got quite for a good nights rest. It would be nice to have air conditioning but the ceiling fan worked ok. I would like there to be charging stations on the back patio. Overall a very good place to stay and I would absolutely stay here again.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the services and facilities. However, I had negative experiences during my stay. I will show you those positive and negative experiences below. [Positive Experiences] 1. The original event in this hostel took place everyday. It was easy to socialize other guests. 2. Some staff hired the specific tour company. If you want to join a tour, they can accommodate one! 3. All staffs were really courteous and friendly. [Negative Experiences] 1. The security key to enter my room frequently voided. I and other roommates always asked the receptionist to revaild it almost everyday. 2. The electricity circuit in the certain floor was broken. During my stay, it was sometimes impossible to charge my phone and other electrical devices.

Muito bom!

Ótima escolha para Capetown e para conhecer pessoas. A localização é ótima, tem comércio e ótimos bares/pubs na rua e próximo a tudo. O hostel tem um bar no térreo e outro no último andar, facilitando a interação dos hóspedes. O café da manhã apesar de simples é bem gostoso e a equipe muito simpática. A única coisa que senti falta foi de um cofre no quarto compartilhado. O hostel não oferece toalhas, mas você pode comprá-las, por um preço não muito barato. Me hospedaria lá novamente.

Backpackerställe med aktiviteter och god frukost!

Stannade i 6 nätter i girls doorm room som hade fantastisk utsikt över Table Mountain. Det va ett härligt backpackerställe, med lyxig frukost, gott kaffe, billigt vin, god mat och många aktiviteter. Majoriteten i personalen var även väldigt trevliga och professionella, men ett fåtal (några av grabbarna i personalen) rökte marijuana mitt på dagen i hotellets anläggning och hade ett otrevligt språkbruk genom att de talade illa om och till de kvinnliga gästerna, vilket kändes väldigt opassande. Jag var själv inte drabbad men såg hur de betedde sig.

Great place to stay! The staff is great and the rooms on the lower floors seemed better updated. Very loud on weekends nights. This is the place everyone seems to go to hang out!

The hostel is in a great location in Cape Town and has a thriving bar downstairs,especially on Saturday and Sunday. The service on arrival was great and the reception team were mostly very friendly (the occasional staff member who seemed to think serving customers was above them) and helpful, booking a few excursions for us. The hostel wasn't the cleanest that I have stayed in, in Cape Town which definitely let it down a bit.A bit more attention to detail on the cleaning front would make a real difference. Overall though a great location, especially for the younger crowd and a great place to meet people whilst in Cape Town.

hip hostel for young people

Hip hostel for young people. Nice terrace where a small breakfast is served. In the evening bar/restaurant with music and meeting point for lots of young people. But you can hear the music and talk in the room, thats why not quiet for sleeping but good for party people.

Foi uma ótima estadia! O hostel é dedicado em fazer a interação dos seus hóspedes, me hospedaria com toda certeza de novo! Faça a questão de conhecer os staffs Justina, Henzo e Bernardo! Eles são incríveis! Mas evite ao maximo conhecer, o Carol, é um membro da recepção que se acha e é grosseiro! Tirando isso, tudo excelente. Inclusive as comidas do bar! Público jovem! Amei!

The attached restaurant is very noisy and crowded from late afternoon till closing. Full of young travellers drinking- seems a bit of a pick up joint. Typical hostel atmosphere. Seemed expensive for value received. All in all I enjoyed my stay, the friendly staff at the reception make up of other shortcomings

Great place to stay

The hostel has a bar on the premises (good breakfast included), which closes at 11 pm. This makes it lively, yet you can still get enough sleep, if you want to. They also offer great free activities everyday where you can meet new people. I really enjoyed my stay! (A locker with power outlet on every bed was also very nice!)

Excelente Hostel.

Excelente hostel. Fiquei em quarto privativo, não tive nenhum problema. No primeiro andar tem um bar/lanchonete, que a noite fica super agitado. Mas dá 22:00, eles respeitam os hospedes e a agitação acaba. O hostel promove varias atividades, staff super atencioso. Ótimo lugar para conhecer gente nova.

Hippes Hostel mitten im Herzen von Kapstadt

Eine Gute Adresse für Leute, die mitten im Herz von Kapstadt sein wollen. Das Hostel bietet jeden Tag Aktivitäten an und das Personal ist extrem hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist nicht gross aber die Qualität ist ok. Mein Zimmer ging direkt zur Bar raus, so dass ich nicht versuchen musste, vor halb elf zu schlafen (die Bar schliesst um zehn). Auch roch es im Zimmer nach Rauch und der Ventilator ging nur, wenn das Licht brannte. Insgesamt für den Preis eine super Option, wenn man nicht lärmempfindlich ist.
