The staff member at the front desk was nice, but there is no staff between 1030PM and 8AM which they are clear about when you check in. The room was clean although lack luster, the bathroom was very dated but seemed clean. The shampoo and soap were terrible quality. The bed was springy and not super comfortable although did the trick for a one night stay before the airport. It was pricy for what it was, but appears they are trying to update the property so that was good to see with a new elevator and fresh paint in the hallways. It isn't worth $300+ per night but that's Vancouver for you I suppose. I wouldn't stay again, and I wouldn't stay for more than 1 night. It was okay overall.

Amazing stay here! I can’t say enough. When we walked through the door to the room, we were greeted with an incredible view from the 30th floor- floor to ceiling windows and the soft sounds of jazz music playing in the background. A great welcome! The place was beautiful and clean with a comfortable bed and spacious shower. This is a vacation suite within the Sheraton North Tower property centrally located downtown within easy walking distance to some of Vancouver’s best destinations. There is also a Starbucks in the South Tower and a nice restaurant and bar downstairs. Great stay!
