"The staff was very nice and they were courteous. But there was no elevator in this hotel. The breakfast was good. They had construction going on on the first floor. I had to walk up three flights of stairs with my heavy luggage because they had no elevator. And they had no cable access only local channels no access to YouTube Netflix or prime video. My overall rating for Lago Palmas’s a four out of 10."
"I travel around the world for business, and this hotel has a bad customer service. There’s a lack of training and leadership. Towels and bathroom was dirty and dust everywhere. Restaurant food was the worst and expensive for the quality offered. I’m not coming I don’t recommend HPlus hotel. Bad customer service will keep people from returning to this place. When I booked this place it was the most expensive hotel in town, that’s why I booked, expecting the best of Palmas, but was disappointed. "
