“Alojamiento muy ruidoso, está junto a una carretera muy transitada y no se puede descansar. Nos dieron una habitación muy chica para 4 personas, apenas podíamos andar dentro de ella.”

“The room was great. Quite comfortable. Studio was perfect for our overnight stay. Plenty of room. Nice, clean and fairly modern. Staff member at reception was very friendly. Location was perfect as we were on our way from central Queensland down to the Sunshine Coast. No need to travel through Rockhampton. Quick on and off the highway. Just a shame we didn’t realise there wasn’t a toaster in the room.”

“We had a family room and stayed with two children. They had exactly one cutlery in the room. No sink, no kitchenette. Were does someone should clean the dishes? We did it in the bathroom. By the way, the fan in the bathroom was loud and sounded like a starting prop engine. Please replace that thing. Thanks.”

“Room was ok. Was informed on check in that there was a massive puddle of water in front of the bathroom door and extended all the way to the front door. Can't understand why there was anything one about this. We were told there wasn't another room to be moved to, but we got stuck with it and there was no compensation. Had to walk around the room in shoes as the floor was soaking wet. ”

“Paid around $440 for 2 nights and the room that I got first was horrible. Toilet wasn’t cleaned and bed sheets haven’t been changed but the bed was made. The aircon in that room was out of order since 2023!! Got a change of rooms but again toilet and bathroom was dirty. Horrible smell in the room. But atleast had new sheets. Had to stay because there were not many options available in Rockhampton.”
