“What a beautiful house in a stunning and peaceful setting! The property is absolutely lovely and the hosts Martin and Giusy couldn’t have been more welcoming. The location feels very secluded but the town is only a 10 minute walk away and Viareggio is only 20 minutes by car. The kids really enjoyed seeing the alpacas and exploring the grounds and loved the pool. We had an amazing stay and really hope to return. ”

“Insgesamt gesehen würden wir dieses Objekt nicht wieder buchen. Zwar schön in den toskanischen Hügeln eingebettet, ist das Objekt sowohl äußerlich als auch technisch in die Jahre gekommen. Zum Ende hin entdeckten wir dann auch noch Kakerlaken in der Küche. Und da war es bei den Damen ganz vorbei. Eine extrem sturzgefährdete Treppe im Obergeschoss ist fast schon als lebensgefährlich zu bezeichnen. Vermieter spricht nur italienisch und etwas französisch. Darauf sollte man sich einstellen. Der Pool……

“We zijn met ons gezin, met 8 volwassene en 4 kleine kinderen één week hier geweest. Wat een warm onthaal, ondanks goede instructies van de eigenaar toch verkeerd gereden. Mensen wezen ons de weg, meneer reed zelfs met ons mee om niet weer verkeerd te rijden haha.We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door de mensen die naast het huis wonen. Alle bedden al opgemaakt!! Hoe luxe is dat.Elke dag werd het zwembad schoongemaakt. Er werd elke dag gekeken of de vuilbakken geleegd moesten worden. Het was in……
