Car Rental Wanli

There's so much to do in Wanli, but head farther afield and you'll find more sightseeing magic. Rent a set of wheels and you can roam around the surrounding region at your own pace. Add these awesome places to your list:

• Head off to Hsinchu for a fun-filled sightseeing experience. About 50 miles from Wanli, it has tons of great attractions like Hsinchu City God Temple.
• Your next pit stop? Taichung, which is around 85 miles away. Taichung Park is one local highlight you really shouldn't miss.
• Spend time in the outdoors and appreciate the serenity at Yushan National Park. You'll find it approximately 130 miles from Wanli.

If you don't have a driver's license issued in Taiwan, then it's likely you'll need to acquire an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your place of residence to be allowed to rent a car. Please also consider that if you do need an IDP, it has no validity on its own. You'll have to show your driver's license from your home country your passport and other forms of documentation as well. Lastly, it's important that the credit card you used to book the rental matches the name on your license and passport. Some other things to note for international car rentals are:

• Age restrictions: You'll need to be at least 25 in most countries to rent a car. If you're younger than that, it may still be possible to rent a car but you'll have to pay a Young Driver's Surcharge. Additional restrictions may also apply to the types of vehicles you can rent.
