This is by far my favorite hotel in Toulouse. I have stayed at many hotels but this one has the best ambience. It feels like visiting the house of a friend with a good taste because the hotel feels like a very large house in which the rooms are decorated very beautifully. There is an amazing back yard where chairs and tables are placed under the trees or next to the swimming pool. So beautiful, this setting!

Staff got an average rating due to 2 conflicting ratings. The front desk check in and receptionist was excellent.
In contrast the restaurant staff was quite poor. There was no one in the restaurant and when we sat down and started to order food, we were told we were not in the restaurant seating and had to move 15 feet over to a different table in a large empty room to qualify to order dinner. This was all while the staff was not very friendly. They charged high prices for what is probably the worst food in all my travelling. They must have had prepared meals in the back that they pawned off as freshly prepared. After telling us, two of the few dishes were no longer available, my daughter ordered one of the alternative entrées and was told they just sold the last one. We all had to order the same chicken dish, which had chicken breast, which literally was chicken paste due to how it was prepared or cooked it. It was inedible.
Facilities were pretty good.
