- - The villa is ideally situated in the quiet and protected site of Penn al Lann in Carantec and the nearby environment is surrounded by trees.
- The villa is new (year 2010) with a garden and sea views from upstairs.
- The villa also has several terraces and balconies.
- There are 4 bedrooms with twin beds (2 single beds or one double bed), a large room with 4 beds (2 pullout beds) and a room with a sofa bed. All these beds are high quality and are 200cm long.
- There are 2 baths, 3 showers, 6 toilets, a laundry room, a utility room with additional sink. - Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
