"First of all, I arrived well after the start of check in, but the hotel was locked up. When I phoned the hotel number it just went straight to answerphone - not a lot of use. I then spent 10 minutes webchatting to the Expedia bot going round in circles - it kept saying the same thing - before I got to a human. Eventually it was sorted and the owner woke up(literally) and came to the door. No apology and he even wanted to charge extra for breakfast. Not impressed. To make matters worse, I decided to have dinner at the hotel. I went and sat down at a table, and the owner came to take an order from another couple. He said he'd get me a menu then promptly disappeared to do some cooking. No menu, no drink, so I went to have dinner in the town. Also, there was no hot water. Not the way to run a hotel. Avoid!"
