Lovely modern room, not big but had everything we needed. Plenty of hot water, very clean. Complementary tins of water. Good buffet breakfast simple but well organised with cheese meat croissants eggs cornflakes available. Good coffee. Excellent location minutes from La Cite. Excellent value for money. Will definitely come again!

As per previous reviews, this property was a great place to stay. It's smack bang in Portsmouth Harbour and right next to the bus station and Gosport ferry so couldn't be more convenient if that's your goal. It is a very urban location but a nice view of the harbour on one side but the bus station on the other. Breakfast was included in the rate and Excellent! Even the coffee was great (and having just returned from France, UK coffee is normally a step down). Unlike many properties like this, there's a proper lift which is a godsend if you have heavy bags as I did. Overall Recommended

What a place! Stopped in on a whim, and were thrilled to find ourselves in excellent hands. Great facilities, surprisingly great breakfast, and very comfortable facilities. Great food recommendations from super friendly staff. And all at a VERY reasonable price.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a 5min walk to the medieval city. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The facilities in the hotel were also good. We stayed with our 5 year old and we all really enjoyed it.

The room we stayed in was well appointed with a comfortable bed and a powerful air conditioning unit. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in helping us navigate around. The hotel is in a great spot very close to the citadel, there is also a new laundromat on the same block. We only wish we had allowed ourselves more time here.

I would have liked to be able to have tea and coffee in the room however the bar was good and easily accessible. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and good value. The staff could not have been more helpful

We had an awesome stay, and extended our room x1 night, as so convenient to attractions in Carcassonne, and also the train station. The staff are very kind and helpful, as well both able and willing to speak English. Rooms modern and beautiful, in a very old city. Breakfast amazing. Pool great. Business area, large and bright. Wifi works well.
