I highly recommend this place also if your thinking of having a an RV or a have a trailer they have lots of space and cabins are in great condition

Great place to stay, staff was great very helpful. Free breakfast is also very good, we room service and it was fast and the food was delicious. Parking was ok, hotel was busy that weekend but we found parking spot still not too far out. I extended my stay and they were able to give me the same rooms with no issues. I would recommend this place if you are visiting Chihuahua. Very family friendly too.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante. Tuve problemas con cargos en mi tarjeta que no reconocí; el personal del restaurante realizó cobros mayores a los que correspondían y presenté un reclamo con el gerente del hotel, pero nunca recibí una solución ni una respuesta adecuada. Además, el personal de limpieza tomó fotografías dentro de mi habitación para acusarme de haber manchado una toalla y posteriormente se agregaron cargos a mi cuenta por supuestos daños a la propiedad. La manera en que manejaron la situación me hizo sentir incómoda y sin apoyo como huésped. Lo único positivo de mi estancia fue el señor que ayuda con las maletas, quien fue muy amable y servicial, y un joven del servicio de habitaciones que fue excelente en su atención. Ellos realmente hicieron la diferencia. Fuera de eso, mi experiencia fue muy mala. Cuando un huésped presenta una queja, espera que el hotel investigue y busque una solución, pero en mi caso no ocurrió. No recomiendo este lugar por la falta de atención al cliente y la forma en que manejaron los cargos y mis reclamaciones.

The hotel is not well maintained. The room was dirty and had dead spiders and flies in the bathroom windows. Several bathroom tiles were missing, and multiple things in the room were broken. The water, which they said comes from a pond, was yellow/brown and smelled like sewage. Definitely not worth the $280 per night. The restaurant was only open for one hour, and the check-in lady was also the bartender. I ended up not staying there and went to Hotel El Mirador by Balderrama instead. They had great service, and their water did not smell like sewage.
