"We had a fantastic time at the property. Stayed for a week with young adult kids and grandma. Home, especially kitchen, was amazingly well stocked: air fryer, electric skillet, electric kettle, coffee maker, every pot/pan/utensil you could want. Beds were nice, plenty of space for our group. Only thing to keep in mind of accessibility to lake for small kids or anyone with mobility issues. It’s a long, hilly walk to the lake from the house. "

"We've stayed at Two Lakes Lodge 5 years and love the place and setting. It's well- equipped and our 1o adults and 11 kids fit well. It would be great to have another bathroom and, occasionally, a/c. but overall, it's a great place to gather and spend the week"

"My husband and I had a great time meeting all of the animals on the property. Amanda, Timber, Harold, and Ivan made our stay memorable and wonderful. We particularly enjoyed spending a night beside the fire and enjoying the stars. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. "

"Relaxation and fishing close to Manistee. My husband was thrilled about driving down a two-track (long drive way) to the cabin/house. (It was wider and mowed so not actually a two-track) Celebrating my bday! End ofJuly. Comfortable, open space(s) everywhere! I found all my comforts from home inside & outside. I loved the porch listening to rain. We cooked outside. The grounds were well taken care of my hubby said that helped reduce mosquitos? We are used to the outdoor life and we enjoyed the property! Also, they had a book with great places to check out. We will return again without our kayaks. "
"Our host Margaret was awesome, showed up to greet us upon check in. The cottage had plenty of room for sleeping, several spaces outdoors to enjoy. The lake is beautiful, sandy & clean. We loved listening to the loons. We tubed, waterskied, surfed & fished. We also went to a few restaurants by boat that we were able to have dinner & watch the sunset. Would definitely recommend & will be back again!!!"
"We loved our time here.We had a great week of fishing, making fires, grilling good food, and spending time together without the noise of the world for just a little while. The area is the just the right amount of ‘remote’. Relaxing around the fire overlooking and listening to the running river was a peak experience. The cabin itself just felt instantly cozy and familiar, almost like experiencing nostalgia for a place we’ve never been. One of the nights got pretty rainy, so we got to enjoy the huge DVD collection as well. Kitchen is well stocked, everything was clean.The owner Jim was friendly and communicative, offering information about the area for fishing, shopping and any questions we had about the property.Thank you for sharing your cabin with us. We look forward to our next trip here."

"We stayed 2 nights in a queen room upstairs over the 4th July weekend. The bedwas clean and comfortable the bathroom was fine. We used the pool and the hot-tub which was good also. Some areas are looking like they need attention but overall the price was right for the offering. Breakfast was good with some healthy options."
