“The house is beautiful and comfortable. Near Guayama and Patillas so it was a perfect location for us. The street is kind of a busy road and a noisy car every now n then but not too bad.The hosts are very attentive and responded quickly to my texts. There was a parking situation that was not the hosts fault and they called right away to offer help which I greatly appreciated.One of the AC remotes wasn’t working but we switched the battery and used the other remote to control both ACs. “My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain.”
