"We reserved a superior room with views of the salt marsh and it was of excellent quality. On entering the hotel there is a fantastic aroma and it’s obvious the hotel has undergone some refurbishments fairly recently. The reception staff were helpful and very efficient, we ate in the hotel restaurant on the first night and the quality of our meal was also of a high standard. "Very unusual place. It is off the beaten track, a large residence set within substantial grounds. There are only four large sleeping rooms with everything made from OBS board. It seemed to be done quite recently so there still seemed some dust in the air. The toilets and bathrooms are all new and are very nice.
