Private parking space. Electric heating. 35m² apartment – ground floor – 4 people Small entrance leading to the open kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator. The kitchen opens onto the living/dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a television, sliding glass doors to the terrace with outdoor furniture. The terrace opens on a small private garden. Bathroom with shower and sink. Separated WC. Bedroom with 2 single beds (does not close with a door). 300 € deposit. Charges to pay locally: visitors’ tax, electricity (according to consumption low season or 10€/week high season). Pets admitted: 25€ to pay locally.
