As a family we have camped near Carnac for the last 13 years so we are very familiar with the town and surrounding area. This was our first year renting a property and we selected Les Druides for the the location, secure garden and slightly quirky French interior. Les Druides is a beautifully presented property close to all the local amenities and a short walk from the beach. The garden is bright, private and naughty dog proof. There is an incredible boulangerie patisserie next door and the very helpful agency is only 50m away. The location is on the main road, but traffic is light although you do get a bit of street noise after the bars close on the weekend. Nothing to worry about and we were there during the Euros. Mould-covered cutting boards in the kitchen should have been noticed by the local agent. Moreover, we were charged an extra amount of 50€ because we did not empty the (still running) dishwasher on departure.
