Not very friendly. Still using Covid as an excuse not to provide room service with posters everywhere mentioning to mask up, maintain distance and similar excuses for everything from vending machines supply chain pricing to exit doors.

Disinterested and rude front desk person. Made no effort to work with me on an booking error. Had to pay to stay elsewhere and they denied any refund. Property is far off the beaten path, at the back of a residential area with nothing useful around it. Terrible.
