It ´s only ten minutes away from enchanting beaches of Santa Sabine and Torre Guaceto with ist cristalline and unspoiled water. Our location is perfect for daytrips to many interesting places in Puglia like the Castellana Caves ( 40 km),the city of Grottaglie pottery( 45 km ),Lecce ( baroque city) 40 km and the famous castle of Frederik II „ Castel del Monte“. Our selfcatering villa built in 2010 is only 3 km outside of Carovigno where several supermarkets and a typical Italian market once week meet all your shopping expectations. For all questions about the country and people you have the landlord at your disposal. The idyllic setting and the surrounding scenery will make your stay a unique and unforgettable experience.

Lovely place to stay
Very comfortable, with everything you’ll need, peaceful, tranquil setting with open views of the sea and local countryside; the hosts were very welcoming indeed, very friendly and helpful, even giving us some fresh eggs from their hens! The house was very private, and even with the hosts living nearby, there was never any sense of noticing they were really there, they were respectful, courteous, friendly and very helpful if needed. Highly recommended, a lovely, peaceful location in a very comfortable house.

Beautiful sea view villa
From the moment we booked to stay, to arriving and leaving the whole experience was fantastic. We stayed over xmas and new year was made to feel welcome by Andreas, Pascal and Tobias and Benjamin the Sons who were there for xmas. Nothing was too much trouble, we had fresh eggs and wood for the fire frequently so we never run out. The property is very comfortable and homely and is very well equipped. The views were spectacular. To be honest we could not fault anything and would most definitely stay again but most of all we have made firm friends with this wonderful family. Fabulous - highly recommend
This gorgeous property and beautiful host Andreas are superb and I hope I can do them both the justice they deserve. We were a family of 4 travelling for a month from Australia. We drove from Salerno and arrived in the evening at Carovigno to a very welcoming Andreas, who showed us around and even brought us pizza and cold beers for our arrival, which was very much appreciated. We visited in the summer and it was hot (30c+) but we didn’t need to turn the aircon on at all, this was because the property has great block out screens on every window to keep out the heat of the sun, if you choose. Another major bonus are the fly screens on the windows, in the evening you can open and let the cool air in without being plagued by mosquitoes. The property is very well equipped and very comfortable. It has a good size washing machine. The beds are very comfortable, we all slept soundly during our stay. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. The location is amongst the olive trees and we enjoyed a good 8-10km of peaceful running/walking around the area in the early mornings. There are so many nice things to say about this property and our host Andreas, it really is a perfect place to stay. The sunsets in the evening are amazing. I highly recommend this holiday home and Andreas and would definitely visit again. Andreas really did go above and beyond for us, thank you so much Andreas ❤️

This property has positives but needs updating.
This property only has one full bathroom., not 2 and 1/2. Decor in bedrooms and bath are way out of date .House has no heat. We had to make fires each day. Property managers were very nice, responsive and helpful and Puglia is great . This house(which has no address and doesn’t show on GPS) so check in is tricky as you drive in and are told to meet Andreas at a place you’re unfamiliar with. We ultimately used neighboring B&Bs address for GPS which worked. ,but coordinates would help. When we were leaving Andreas tried to charge us for electricity usage which we’ve never experienced from VRBO. Also this house says it sleeps six and for most of our three week stay only my husband and I were in the house but we had extra charges as we had a couple visit for 6 nights and our 22 year old granddaughter stay for 5 nights which we found unusual.

GREAT RELAXING HOUSE
The house is super quiet, has all the desired equipment, a beautiful terries rooftop, a great sea view, located in the middle of olive trees, has AC, an outside shower, a summer nice fresh pool, in all it got it all. Also the location is great because it's driving distance from all the nicest beaches around as well as the beautiful town of Ostuni. The supermarket is 10mn driving distance. The hosts are great and thoughtful. The bedrooms are all very comfy. I recommande this house for a great stay in Pouilles.

BEST OF PUGLIA
This is a 3 bedroom house, 2 doubles and a twin, deep in the countryside but only 5 minutes' drive to Carovigno, a small town with all the shops required for food and supplies. The house has a great terrace with great views of the sea on the horizon. The quaint little seaside town and beach of Torre Santa Sabina is a 7/8 minute drive away. The hosts' parents are extremely hospitable and provided us with a steady stream of fresh vegetables from their huge garden. The house is very comfortable, well-appointed with great indoor and outdoor dining options and very secluded for sun-bathing and tranquillity. For sightseeing the motorway is very close. We loved every minute of our stay..

Fabulous holiday villa with personal touches.
This villa is everything it says. In a quiet away from it all location amidst the olive groves and about 2 miles out of town. Amazing sea views and has everything you may need for a self catering holiday. The villa was outstandingly clean, the family were very friendly and helpful, providing information before the stay and then meeting us in town to show us the way and check us in . We were welcomed with a wine and fruit basket , just a nice little touch that was very welcome. The beds were extremely comfortable and linens and towels very clean and fresh. You do need a car but there is so much to see in the local area and a little further afar or you can just relax on the sun loungers enjoying the view. We cannot thank the Family Staudte enough and if we visit Caravigno again this is where we would have no hesitation in booking.

A wonderful place to stay in Puglia
We had a lovely week in this villa. Everything was very clean; it's a peaceful location but with a nice town with some great restaurants a few mins drive away and within very easy reach of beaches and places of interest. Very good villa!
Spent a very pleasant few days in this villa. Easy access by car to several towns of interest. The old town area in the village of Carovigno itself is not to be missed. Andreas (who spoke perfect English) was very helpful on our arrival (thanks again for the lovely bottle of wine and fruit bowl!), and was around to help as needed. Single storey villa, with large patio and covered veranda, plus roof top area. Pleasant views across the countru side to the sea.

Perfect villa
The villa was perfect in an elevated position with lovely sea views. A great place to relax and unwind. The kitchen was fully equipped for every need. The villa is spacious with comfortable beds (not often found in European villas). This is probably the nicest place we have stayed in. The hosts live nearby and were always on hand to assist us. They left a massive bowl of fruit, wine, bread, butter, water, pasta and sauce for our arrival which was a nice surprise. Thanks again Andreas and Pasque for a lovely stay.

Aangenaam verblijf
Ons verblijf was zeer aangenaam. Andreas en zijn vrouw en zoon Tobias zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. De communicatie vooraf en tijdens het verblijf met Tobias en Andreas verliep heel soepel. We konden alles vragen. Omdat we pas in de avond aankwamen had zijn vrouw pasta bolgnesse voor ons gemaakt. En de volgende dag bracht Andreas een tas met verse broodjes, eigengemaakte jam en boter voor het ontbijt. De locatie is heel centraal voor het bezoeken van plaatsjes en/of het strand. Het huis is compleet en ligt heerlijk rustig. Kortom, we hebben het heerlijk gehad!

Villa à Carovigno
Exactement ce que nous recherchions. Pleine campagne, calme. Pleine saison de récolte des olives. À la petite ville de Carovigno à quelques kilomètres de la villa nous avons trouvé plusieurs épiceries et un excellent restaurant (Casa mia Bistrot). La propriétaire nous a accueillis avec gentillesse et des oeufs frais de ses poules. Andreas le propriétaire qui parle français a rapidement répondu à nos questions. Si vous aimez la nature et les d’oliviers vous allez être ravis. Merci à la famille Staudte. Nous recommandons l’endroit sans réserve.

Magnifique et au calme
Accueil très chaleureux d'Andreas et sa famille. Maison à l'écart de la ville, au calme, entourée d'oliviers. Location très bien équipée, propre et spacieuse. La terrasse est incroyable, la piscine parfaite et la douche extérieure est un petit plus quand il fait beau et chaud !! Un grand merci à Andreas pour les légumes de son jardin! Nous conseillons cet endroit sans hésiter ( une voiture est nécessaire)!

Le calme au milieu des oliviers
Le gîte est idéalement situé pour visiter les Pouilles. Il est parfaitement équipé et correspond en tous points à l'annonce. Oase der Ruhe
Wir haben in diesem schönen Haus Weihnachten und Silvester verbracht. Das Haus liegt ruhig mitten im Olivenhain. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auch gibt es einen neuen Ofen der im Winter eine gemütliche Wärme schafft. Wir wurden von Familie Staudte sehr nett empfangen und mit einem großzügigen Obstkorb beschenkt. Auch unsere Hunde haben sich wohlgefühlt und die Spaziergänge an den schnell erreichbaren Sandstränden genossen. Im Winter ist es sehr ruhig in Apulien und die meisten Lokale haben geschlossen. Das Haus ist perfekt für maximal 4 Personen.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Leider war der Aufstellpool ein ganzes Stück vom Ferienhaus entfernt, wodurch wir ihn kaum genutzt haben. Wäre neben der Terrasse schöner gewesen. Ansonsten aber alles super. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal.
