This hotel is in a great location, right on the outskirts of the Spanish quarter and close to a few metro stations and the port so you can get around very easily! The room was a bit tired, fittings in the shower coming off, but really appreciated the double glazing as Naples is a loud city! Lovely balcony looking out onto the street of Naples. Only unfortunate incident was that when we came back from a day out, our balcony door had been left open from what we assume was the servicing staff, as we checked everything was locked upon leaving. When I told the staff about this on checkout, they just replied with 'ok' rather than any sort of apology which we found very disappointing. Great location, wouldn't stay again.

Easy access to Sorrento Landmarks. Good and helpful staff. Room amenities were very good. Some items in the room were faulty. The staff were very good and quick in mending or replacing them.

We found the staff at the hotel reception desk to be utterly charming and really helpful. Mauro and all the staff went out of their way to help us, we’re kind and friendly. Thank you.
