The room was depressing. Some sort of nasty stain on the sofa. Lamps were broken. Room needed painting. Bathroom fixtures needed cleaning. Rug was dirty.

The hotel was very clean. Housekeeping does an excellent job. The staff in general were very accommodating and informative. Chef Trent and Cherelle both clearly have a deep understanding of hospitality. Meals prepared by Chef Trent were delicious. Thank you both for being the highlight of my stay.

The property was serene and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent and everything was very fresh. The staff was lovely. Our room was very clean and I would rate this one of the best places we stayed in during our entire trip.
