"Absolutely shocking. Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property. Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!! Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful...

The kids loved the pool and play equipment (and the horses!); the adults loved the clean, pretty and comfortable family suite, with separate rooms, and a gorgeous bathroom. Incredible hospitality from the hosts, with such a warm welcome, and the best breakfast ever! It was fantastic to have the shared living room/kitchen area to prepare and eat our own food in the evening. Highly recommended and we hope very much to return,"
