"My fiancé and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. 😊 The hotel is modern, spotless, and in a perfect location for exploring Lisbon. The staff truly made our stay unforgettable, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always went above and beyond. Their hospitality made this feel like a 5-star experience. ❤️ We highly recommend this hotel, especially if it’s your first time visiting Lisbon. "I am obsessed with trains. I didn't pick a train side room because I knew the river was what I wanted more on this trip. but I wish I could've done both at the same time! The staff was courteous and knowledgable. I had to leave too early for breakfast and they offered and it was packed it for me. there is a kettle in the room! this is gold! and they were so good with when I really should leave for the airport and getting the taxi."

"Hotel was beautiful, pool was stunning, loungers very comfortable, gym and spa were brilliant and the majority of staff were helpful. The cleaning staff were incredible and our room was spotless. The restaurant food wasn’t great and the staff weren’t hugely helpful or proactive. For example there is a sushi menu but this isn’t handed out, you have to ask for it. We were served wine on one evening which was the end of the bottle and not a full serve and we had to ask and then remjnd the waiter to open a new bottle to fill the glass. The pool menu is very limited (and doesn’t include sushi despite it being a very small distance from the kitchen). We stayed in a loft suite and there were a number of sharp cracked tiles around the bath. There is a shuttle to one beach but it finishes at 4.30 (there are no Ubers and getting a taxi is almost impossible) so it would be good if they could expand the shuttle service to the other beach clubs / restaurants (e.g comporta cafe / jncquoi) and run the shuttle for longer."

"Beautifully located hotel with clean rooms and lovely views. Staff was helpful. I would definitely come back! My one suggestion is to refill coffee pods- they are not super expensive and I would rather pay more for room than have to buy from the reception each time- that is a tacky move. No 5 star hotel charges for coffee?! The hotel is so calming and well laid out. It is very under the radar which is lovely. Its people are warm. So the coffee situation needs to be dealt with! We had a few minor issues- a bulb that flashed in the bathroom but nothing other than that. Rooms are huge and well cleaned."
