Welcome to our spacious 3200-square-foot, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in the desirable Coyote Ranch community in North Casa Grande. Situated on a generous half-acre lot, our single-story home offers plenty of room to spread out, relax and enjoy time with family and friends.
Conveniently located about halfway between Phoenix and Tucson, Casa Grande makes a great home base for exploring central and southern Arizona—or simply doing absolutely nothing for a few days. After all, sometimes the best vacation activity is not having an activity.
The private, block-walled backyard is the heart of the home. Take a dip in the private pool, fire up the gas grill, or settle under the covered patio with ceiling fans and comfortable outdoor furniture. And yes, Arizona sunsets really are as good as advertised.

The home is especially popular with winter visitors, families, reunions, friends and relatives visiting Casa Grande, and professionals traveling for conferences or business.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, 50" TV, and private access to the backyard. The adjoining primary bathroom has dual vanities, a relaxing jetted Jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower.
Three additional bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house and share a full bathroom with tub/shower. Two rooms have queen beds and one has a full-size bed.
The family room includes a pull-out sofa that can accommodate two additional guests.
All bedrooms have their own TV, so everyone can watch what they want without having to negotiate the remote!
An additional half bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.

The Kitchen
The large, open kitchen is designed for guests who enjoy cooking—or at least enjoy having the option.

The kitchen opens directly into the living room and breakfast area, making it easy to stay connected while preparing meals.

The spacious living room features 16-foot ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a 65" UHD TV with DVD player and Apple TV.
Guests can also access their own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and other streaming services.
The separate family room provides additional space for relaxing, watching TV, playing games, or simply getting away from the crowd for a little while.

Private Pool & Backyard
Enjoy your own private backyard oasis with pool and water feature.
The landscaped backyard includes artificial grass, a covered patio with overhead fans, outdoor furniture, and a gas BBQ grill.

The backyard is designed for relaxing, outdoor meals, swimming and enjoying Arizona's beautiful weather. Just remember: quiet pool time is welcome; pool parties are not.

Staying Comfortable in the Arizona Heat
The thermostat can be set between 72°F and 85°F, and ceiling fans in every room help keep the house comfortable even during hot Arizona days.
Because water and energy are precious desert resources, the home has an energy-saving feature which automatically pauses heating or cooling when exterior doors are left open for more than five minutes. Just close the door and the system will resume.

Small pets may be considered with prior owner approval and an additional fee. Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring a pet.

Bathroom tissue and paper towels are provided at check-in but are not routinely restocked during the stay.

Security
For package-delivery security and property protection, the main entrance has a video doorbell. A second exterior security camera monitors the area near the garage doors and side-gate entrance.

Stay & Booking Information
• 3-night minimum stay
• Non-refundable cleaning fee for stays of 6 nights or more: $195
• Short-stay fee for stays of fewer than 6 nights: $115
• Same-day check-in/check-out: additional $55–$75 per occurrence
• Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's: $110 short-term holiday booking fee for stays under two weeks
• $89 non-refundable VRBO Accidental Property Damage Policy is automatically charged with every booking
• $200 non-refundable pet deposit, if applicable

Optional Pool Heating
Pool heating is available for an additional fee during the cooler months.
The pool is heated with propane. The amount of propane required depends on the starting pool temperature, time of year, desired temperature, and how consistently the insulated pool cover is used.
Propane tanks are refilled after guest use at the following rates:
• 50-gallon refill: $210
• 100-gallon refill: $420
As a general guideline, a 50-gallon tank can raise the pool temperature approximately 12–14°F, which takes about 18 hours under typical conditions.
Approximate usage starting with an unheated pool:
• 1 day swimming at approximately 85°F: about 50 gallons
• 4–7 days swimming at approximately 85°F: approximately 150 gallons total
Additional propane can be purchased during longer stays if needed.
Pool heating is very dependent on weather and starting water temperature, so these figures are estimates rather than guarantees.
