"Received code to access the building from owner/manager via what's app. On arrival, entered main door and no lighting whatsoever. The entrance had a horrible smell and musty sense. Needed to turn on lights ourselves. Tried to locate our unit when the lights went out. We got the heck out of there. Not impressed at all. Expedia will be refunding us our stay. We booked somewhere else at a much cleaner hotel"

"Very cool renovation of the rooms and suites in a very old building in the city of Campobasso. Conveniently located in the town. However, be prepared to walk the stairs to your room. We stayed on the top floor, which was 115 stairs up."

"This stay was our favorite during our 2 week trek around Italy! Amazing staff, incredibly beautiful venue - full of great funky art pieces mixed with the graceful charm of a grand, historic building. Breakfast was fantastic and made to order, staff were just so lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend! "
