Fantastic stay - the two owners are really friendly and happy to share all their knowledge of the area. The accommodation, pool etc were faultless and they made a great breakfast! Gois is a pretty town, and when I come back this will be my first choice to stay

I found a cockroach and another dead one. I message the host and received no response. There were also no coffee pods for the coffee machine but there was creamer. The pool was dirty when we arrived and had some sort of paper clogging the drain system. There were no towels for the kitchen. We ran out of toilet paper for one of the bathrooms. The door lock was difficult to operate.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marmòris Palace. The property is beautiful, the grounds are peaceful, and it really lets you experience the castle and palace atmosphere that makes Sintra so special. It feels like you’re staying in a historic estate rather than a typical hotel.
If you’re expecting a true luxury hotel, this probably isn’t it. The rooms and amenities are comfortable, but the experience is more about the charm, history, and setting than five-star luxury.
The staff was wonderful, breakfast was great, and the location made it easy to explore Sintra. We’d definitely stay here again.

Unique lodging experience, clean and beautiful, very comfortable bed and linens, great service and food. Fresh flowers, and beautiful details everywhere. We really enjoyed it and wish could we could’ve stayed more.

"We rented a suite room which was excellent. Bed king size & comfortable. Buffet breakfast was very good with all assortment of foods. Great Location, effort to get my wife to leave. Would highly recommend. Parking on site you need to pay 5/7 Euros can’t remember but well worth it."
