Unfortunately, our experience at the rooftop bar was a little disappointing. The lady working there wasn’t very helpful or attentive, which took away from an otherwise pleasant stay."Reviewed November 6, 2026Roundtrip • New York (EWR) - Madrid (MAD)EWR - MAD • Nonstop MAD - EWR • Nonstop$1,804$1,205found 23 hours agoper traveler - Hostal Esparteros

Casas de Belvis Hotel Deals
"Lovely location, very quiet in a small village. Cute little separate chalets, which have basically everything you need. Very friendly people, also in the village bar/restaurant, 2 mins walk. If you’re a runner it’s fantastic as lots of light gravel trails from the property. I would definitely return if in the area."
"Great stay, simple room but wonderful clean. Breakfast was fantastic and staff all professional."
"Clean friendly staff"
Hotel Vincci Valdecañas Golf
Hotel Vincci Valdecañas Golf"Really enjoyed the time and we'll be back. Not sure what was going on with their housekeeping staff. First day we had to ask the desk to have the room cleaned after being gone all day and coming back to a dirty room. They apologized and sent someone up. Then the second day, they came through but forgot some of the towels, left very little toilet paper for the second day in a row. Again, we had to contact the desk. Could be that they were using extra summer staff who didn't know the routine....
"Clean, light room. The staff were outstanding, especially Marta. She went above and beyond to help us. We had a pleasant stay."
"Disappointed to arrive and find the restaurant not open in the evening or the next day, so no breakfast. It's marketed as a rural hotel so there should be some provision for guests, even on a Monday. Overall this felt like poor value for money. "
