The front desk staff was nice. Claudia in the breakfast area was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue we had was our room key kept on deactivating and had to replace them 4 times during our stay. The young lady working in the evening made sure we had a working key when we returned, so that we wouldn’t have to come back down stairs, which we appreciated. Everything looked and felt clean. The beds were comfy.

Decent stay for summerfest. Was pretty expensive for Ubers to downtown so i definitely recommend getting something close. Besides that was a pretty average hotel, some minor issues.
