"i spent 3 weeks in the property, and all i can say is how fantastic it was, everything from the location, to the way that i was welcomed by Alberto and Karen. They both were so helpful and informative of the area,and really made my stay a pleasure. Although they live on site it really did not impact my privacy as they were both so cautious not to impact the holiday. However when invited for an aperitivo we spent some hours discussing multiple topics and they both were an absolute joy to have...

"Large family group with 8 adults and one infant. The villa was fabulous and very spacious and very well suited to the adults. A little challenging for the infant but we knew that from the accurate depiction. Very helpful team during stay and the cleaner on the middle weekend did a fabulous job."

"Didier and his wife were the perfect hosts. The property is brand new! We were the first to stay. Absolute luxury and convenience. We stayed in winter but we would return for summer to use the pool. Perfect location in Umbria to go to Siena Assisi and Gubbio. Foligno is centrally located and the house was perfect for 6 of us. We will return!!"

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, inbesondere die grosse Terasse (Gli Gnomi), die beiden Pools und die Nähe zum schönen Spoleto (10 Min. zum Parkplatz Posterna, Rolltreppe). Auch die beiden Schlafzimmer mit jeweils Bad recht komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage ist allerdings nur im Wohnraum. Leider ist das Haus von Gli Gnomi sehr hellhörig bzgl. oberer Wohnung, wir hatten das große Pech, schreiendes Baby und nicht zeitumgestellte Gäste aus dem dem Osten über uns zu haben, daher Lärm bereits vor...

" An impressive property which sadly does not quite live up to the discription. The furnishings are all very tired, the kitchen chaotic, the cleanliness not up to scratch and the worst of all, NO WIFI, although this is promised. Self catering means different things in different villas, in this one, the very basics are provided to last for one day!! A shame, when with a bit more effort and concern for the travellers this really could be a superb property."
