Federico II Palace Hotel
The spa was excellent - both the facials And massages. The room was large and had a lovely terrace. The hotel restaurant menu was limited but the bar staff talked to the kitchen staff and they made what we wanted to eat.

It being unseasonably cool in Sicily at the time of our visit, the rooms were very cold at night and heating them was a challenge as the electricity service could not afford multiple heaters on at the same time.
