Location is great, breakfast included and that is great but the coffee machine did not give hot chocolate. Staff ate friendly. Very close to the Terminal and Mercato Centrale and Duomo Florence👍👍

The location is great. Free breakfast was provided and in my opinion it was a good one. Staff is very nice and helpful.

We had a lovely stay… our room was spotless the bed very comfortable. The staff were si helpful and friendly. Bonus was on site parking and the bus stop ( bus #7) into Florence was a 2 minute walk down the road. I highly recommend this hotel.

Super location if you fly into Florence airport as take the tram to its final destination piazza san marco. From there it’s a 3 minute walk to the hotel. Your 5 mins walk from the Acedemia and 10 mins from the Duomo. The best thing about the hotel though is the staff, always ready to be of help should you need it. If I had to be critical of anything it would be the very firm mattress, normally I like them firm but I had backaches every morning. Nothing that a paracetamol didn’t cure but worth noting nonetheless.

Staff, the cafe and bar were great. Not much storage space in the bedroom and the central courtyard looks a little unloved. Comfortable bed and great pillows, so overall would recommend
