The staff were extremly welcoming, polite and helpful. The hotel has a great vibe with all the bars and restaurants located within. Breakfast was amazing, the choice of food and drink was excellent. Rooms are clean and comfatable, spa and pool are perfect for relaxing. Could not fault this hotel at all. Amazing stay and would highly recommend staying here if visiting Hamburg.

Hotel was beautiful and in a good location. Rooms were spotless and modern, however the service let the hotel down big time. When asking for a cup of tea in an almost empty restaurant we were told they didn’t have time and they were too At breakfast we tried to ask a waitress for eggs she threw her hands up at us and walked off. I would like to say there was a young man who greeted you for breakfast who was very polite and friendly and tried to help as much as he could. Overall the service was disappointing and made us feel very uncomfortable. We would usually sit in the bar for a drink before bed and sadly we felt very unwelcome and went elsewhere.
