“Wonderful hotel, nice bar and good breakfast. We think room thermostat only does heat, not AC and could not cool down overnight. But that might be user error, lol. Great location. Close Subway direct to airport 35 minutes. Would highly recommend!”

“The hotel sits in one of Hamburg’s rougher areas is not something I’d overlook. The public transport connection is genuinely convenient, with a bus and metro stop right nearby that gets you into the city quickly, but our trip through the underground station during the day was uncomfortable enough to be worth mentioning. The rooms themselves didn’t hold up either. No fridge, no kettle, no drinks in the room and pointing guests to a 24/7 bar doesn’t replace basic amenities. The TV placement in……

“Der Aufenthalt war prima und es ist klagen auf hohem Niveau, dass die Klimaanlage etwas zu warm war und es zum Frühstück keine warmen Gerichte gab. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das parken in der Tiefgarage war unkompliziert.”
