“The Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. On Saturdays there is a food market, so you can stock up on salads, fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, etc. We can't wait to go back.”

“Von der Ankunft bis zum letzten Tag haben wir uns in diesem typisch toskanischen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die liebevolle, bis ins Detail stilvolle Einrichtung des Hauses ist eine große Wertschätzung für die Gäste und vermittelt um so mehr den landestypischen Charakter. Auf der großen überdachte Terasse mit einem wundervollen Blick über die Olivenhaine bis nach Lucca haben wir viele gemeinsame Stunden verbracht. “We are a group of 12 retired friends traveling first time in Tuscany. Villa Buonamici was the perfect accommodation for us. It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. Our trip to Tuscany included stays in four separate locations and Villa Buonamici was by far our favorite. Do yourself a favor and stay at this Villa, you won’t be disappointed.”

“Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Patrizia, die Gastgeberin, war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Objekts ist eine wahre Oase der Ruhe, jedoch erfordert es eine kurze Fahrt, um Aktivitäten zu unternehmen Wir kommen gerne wieder hierhin.”

“We loved to stay at casa terra. It is a beautiful house with everything that we needed. The fireplace gives it a very cozy touch and warms the house also on rainy days. The house is placed in the mountains and in a cute small village with a lot of cats. In the valley we could find all we needed, supermarket and pharmacy e.g.. Lucca is a beautiful city but also visiting Florence, Siena, Pisa and Levorno was possible from our place. The hosts are wonderful people and asked whether we needed……

“Es war wunderschön abgelegen, ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto bis nach Pescia. Ein wunderschönes kleines Bergdorf eine traumhafte Aussicht und einfach soooo viel Natur. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief reibungslos (auf italienisch) und er war sehr freundlich. Der Garten war an einer Seite durch eine Hecke umzäunt, da wäre mir ein richtiger Zaun lieber gewesen. Mein kleiner Hund ist einmal sehr übermütig durch die Hecke durch und dahinter die ca. 2-3 Meter hohe Mauer hinunter……

“Our family spent a wonderful week in the Tuscan hills. Gianluca’s home is well appointed and very comfortable. The property is on the top of a Tuscan Mountain. The views are amazing! The property has a church dating back to 1005 and a wonderful restaurant run by Furio and his family. There were 8 adults and the home had plenty of room for all of us! We would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking to take day trips to Florence, Pisa, Lucca and the surrounding areas! Gianluca was very easy……

“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. 2-3 Mängel wurden sofort beseitigt/ ausgetauscht. Auch bei möglichen Ausflügen/Aktionen waren sie sehr hilfsbereit. Unser Hund wurde freundlich behandelt. Manchmal waren die vielen Kinder am Pool etwas laut, sodass man dort die eigentliche Ruhe nicht immer genießen konnte. Aber das ist ja ein sehr individuelles Bedürfnis unsererseits. Die Wohnung war etwas klein und entsprach nach meinem……

“The spaces are great for larger groups to have space away and privacy for breaks. The pool and outdoor dining area was amazing. As expected, water pressure in these older homes can be inconsistent, but was not a problem. The home is a bit away from major highways, so day trips were a little more local driving, but didn’t limit us. Host family is nearby for support, but non intrusive and very accommodating. We had a wonderful dinner prepared our final night and everything was very hospitable.”

Die Lage ist perfekt, um alle wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Toskana zu entdecken. Wir waren in Lucca (15 min, unsere Lieblingsstadt), Florenz, Volterra, Pisa, Siena und Montecarlo. Vom Gastgeber Massimo haben wir viele wichtige Tipps bezüglich unserer Ausflüge erhalten. Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar Prosecco und……

“The owner, Giacomo, was the friendliest and most helpful host. He welcomed us at the beginning, left us with a detailed itinerary for the area and beyond. The pool was cleaned by him midweek, and he was there on hand by WhatsApp with answers to our Q's. The villa is lovely and cool which is very welcome in the heat. It is quite basic but yet has everything you need. Kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave grill combo and a stove, no oven. Two showers with one being a wetroom. The beds are comfy in……

“It was so wonderful to be up in the hills of Tuscany and enjoying the outdoors. The house was so charming and historic We were able to walk up to an excellent restaurant in another historic building. As well, it was so close to Lucca and the train station. “Wow, what a stay. We stayed here as a family for a week in May and it was incredible. The views from the villa are unreal and the place itself is gorgeous. Monica is a fabulous host who cooked us a delicious meal on our first night. Her and Giovanni were so welcoming and suggested a beautiful restaurant nearby one evening and even booked it for us.
