We chose the Omni Hotel because we were attending a concert next door at State Farm arena. We we okay with the additional hotel + parking costs for the convenience. The experience was nothing but inconvenient. There was a World Cup watch party across the street from the hotel and the streets were blocked by ATL police. There was no way to get our vehicle to the hotel. In place of $65 valet parking, we parked several blocks away, transported our luggage and paid $133 for one night of parking. The only response we received from the hotel was “for safety purposes, leave your car parked offsite,” and “we wish there was something we could do to help.” The fair and reasonable thing to do was to credit us for the additional cost of parking, but hotel staff was having none of it. Very disappointed with the Omni.

9/10 Wonderful! (16 reviews)
The apartment was great for a group of friends. The location is great with lots of things within walking distance. There is a garden in the back which is good for relaxing at home. There were a few rough edges but for the price that could be expected. All in all, good value, location and hosts.
