The property is overall good. We booked a classic room and it was comfortable and clean. Great the brakfast. We had a dinner at restarant it was good but the portion are a bit small .

Our room had a wonderful view , the bathroom was very nice and the staff were so helpful and attentive. However, the bed was not comfortable and the linens a little stiff.

poor service. staff does not know what they are doing. short staffed? very polite and pleasant but inefficient. will not return unless management changes

Abbiamo soggiornato per lavoro una sola notte ma abbiamo usufruito di tutti i servizi. Colazione cena e spa. Ristorante di alo livello ed ottima cucina. Colazione su ordinazione e non a buffet servita in uno splendido salone. Consiglio le uova strapazzate. Top. La camera come tutta la struttura, pulita calda ed accogliente. La spa privata composta da sauna bagno turco idromassaggio e relative doccia con tisane e frutta, ha dato dimostrazione di un alto livello di attenzione e rispetto del cliente con un problem solving del direttore pari al 100%. Tutto consigliato. Torneremo sicuramente.

Struttura dalle grandi potenzialità ma purtroppo non sfruttate. La camera matrimoniale è basica, mobili vecchi e bagno da ristrutturare. Manca il bollitore e macchina caffè (ormai presente in tutti i 4 stelle). Buona la colazione seppur servita e non a buffet. Personale molto gentile.

Piacevole hotel ai margini del bel borgo di Castel del Piano immerso nel verde. Camera spaziosa con bagno e vasca idromassaggio. Ottima colazione anche se per motivi pandemici non è a buffet ma su ordinazione. Ampia scelta. Calma assoluta. Personale molto accogliente

Estuvo todo perfecto! Y tengo que destacar la amabilidad y buena voluntad del personal (recepción + limpieza), ya que al llegar al hotel descubrí que se había roto una botella de vino en mi valija y me ayudaron a lavar y secar todo! Fueron súper amables! La estadía estuvo perfecta!

Sehr gepflegtes und renoviertes Hotel
Das Hotel wirkt als wenn es vor Kurzem renoviert worden wäre. Es ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Spa Bereich derzeit nicht vorhanden.Kann man gut weiter empfehlen.

Nur für eine Nacht gebraucht. Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel mit einem sehr guten Restaurant. Sehr guter Service. Viele Kunstobjekte im öffentlichen Raum. Grosser Parkplatz. Etwas kompliziert beim Check out ( jede einzelne Konsumation an der Bar oder im Restaurant aufgeführt; führt zu einer umfangreichen Rechnung.

Abbiamo scelto un pò scetticamente di alloggiare in quella zona ed in questa struttura, ma devo dire di aver scelto benissimo: l'hotel esteriormente non dà molto nell'occhio ma subito all'interno abbiamo respirato un'aria speciale: la mostra permanente di opere d'arte è abbastanza piacevole, l'ampio giardino ed il parcheggio curati ma soprattutto le stanze luminose, silenziose, arredate molto essenzialmente ma con gusto, pulitissime e attrezzatissime!....per non parlare di tutto lo staff: cortesissimi, molto professionali e pronti a rispondere a tutte le nostre richieste! Grazie ancora e speriamo di essere ancora vostri ospiti!

A pochi passi dal centro
L'hotel "storico" nel centro di Castel del Piano, che è stato recentemente restaurato. Buona colazione e comodo il parcheggio. Camera silenziosa e confortevole. Potrebbe essere migliorata con un set per caffè/tea in camera, come ormai hanno tutti gli hotel a 4 stelle.
