Staff excellent, they couldn't be more of a help. Breakfast was ok, a bit limited but the air conditioning was not very good. Woke up several times in the night sweating as the room wouldn't get cool enough. We have a small baby with an additional thermometer in the room, the temperature read 24-26 deg but we were told the system was down at 18 deg. Totally ruined a stunning location.

The shower floor wasn’t secure. Felt like we would fall through one section. The lower level room was up against the parking lot with cars/motor bikes shining lights directly through the window.

"Our room was so far away from the front desk and when we got to the room with one key card it didn’t work so we had to walk all the way down a very long hallway to go back to the desk to resolve getting into the room being late at night with luggage was not the best"
