NOT THE NICEST PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. NO air conditioning with a room at 80F; with the windows open. That is not what is expected of a 4 star hotel. Staff said that other guests said they were cold. Well all they had to do was turn off their thermostats. Why shutdown the A/C for everyone else. We’re on the top floor with the sun on the windows all day heating up the room. We had to sleep with the windows open and listen to garbage trucks at midnight and street cleaning machines even later. More of a hostal than a 4star hotel experience. Staff was NOT helpful at all. Nothing they could do and that all the fans that they had been lent out already. So, if there are so many clients that need A/C why not turn it on. It’s one of the hotel’s amenities without any word anywhere there it is a seasonal amenity. Nor is it expected.

Beautiful view of Madrid, great tapas and food. The drinks were very good and last but not least great presentation, the staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you
