"We were very pleased with the nice, quiet neighborhood and the size of the house. It accommodated all of the guest we had and our newborn. The only problem we had was that it was not very clean. The baseboards were dirty, the walls had stains on them, the couches had stains on them as well. The sliding door had smudges and dirt all over it. When we walked around our feet was black. Everything was fine and up to our expectations beside the cleanliness of the place."

"Poor communication with property owner we told him of issues including two ceiling fans not working missing lightbulbs broken coffee maker unusable backyard due to negligence old stove and broken chair in backyard dirty back porch he responded on the first day he would bring lightbulbs and never came even though he said he lived one block away "

"Families could have fun game nights at this location. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. We did not travel with anyone under 18 and it felt like a good fit for us. The neighborhood seemed safe, however, it appears a storm had damaged some of the neighborhood properties."
