All gate staff and pilots are really friendly and helpful
American Airlines should institute free 1st checked bagged policy, this would make the company more competitive and customers would greatly appreciate suggested policy
Uncomfortable seats. Not enough leg room. Too narrow.
More leg room than United flights
$50 for a carry on bag is ridiculous
It was fine for a 10:30 pm flight
I am a military spouse. We asked about having one checked bag for free. The first staff emended st the kiosk said it wouldn’t be a problem just go to the ticket counter. At the ticket counter, the attendant was a bit abrupt and said no. It would be nice if one bag could be included for a military spouse even if they aren’t able to fly with the active duty member. Thank you so much, Anne Marie
Really disappointed having to pay for baggage!!!
I wish I had known in advance that baggage and seat assignment would cost twice as much as tickets.
