“Suite rooms were excellent for families. Pool lovely but COLD. Area around the pool very slippery when wet. Food at breakfast and dinner in terrace restaurant was excellent. Despite the kids club being advertised as open year round, this was not the case. Direct access to lovely beach. Hotel location somewhat isolated. Gym could do with being better stocked. Overall, 7.5/10.”

“I absolutely loved the hotel. It had historic charm and the hotel obviously took pride in cleanliness and its historical value. I had breakfast one day, and it was a nice spread. The bar service was excellent, if you could actually find someone who works there. These was a bell on the counter I rang 3 times one day before I just gave up. I was disappointed to find that the actual pool area is offsite, and the hotel does not offer shuttle service as it states in the add. I’m had to pay a taxi……

“The property was bright and clean and my room faced into a lovely park. Nice cozy balcony. Excellent location being near the Old Town area. I had a car , although no onsite parking. It was easy to find overnight parking. Ayomonte is a real hidden gem, unfortunate that I only had time for an overnight.”

“Very clean hotel with very helpful staff. No bar Pool very small Shame there are no other boarding options. Fortunately some great local restaurants within a few minutes walk. My room was on the 6th floor with a very big balcony, shame about the birds and their mess daily so not welcoming.”

“Lovely family stay! We had a wonderful stay at Quinta dos Perfumes. The room was spacious and the bed was big enough for the two of us and our 2-year-old. We loved the beautiful swimming pools surrounded by orange trees, and the bikes with a child seat were a great touch — we enjoyed cycling to the nearby town. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and the fresh orange juice was a must! 🍊 All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially Elizabeth, who was very nice and helpful to us……

“De kamers zijn super schoon, de bedden liggen goed en het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is ideaal voor wie op zoek is naar rust en ontspanning. Bovendien is het leuk om eens een andere kant van de Algarve te ontdekken. Een huurauto is wel echt aan te raden om de omgeving te verkennen. Wij hebben genoten en kijken terug op een heerlijk verblijf!”
