The rooms are kept immaculately clean.The breakfast buffet on the terrace overlooking the oasis pool is worth the visit in itself.very professional friendly helpful staff.Near to the beach and if you don’t fancy the short walk the hotel will transport you.Absolutely nothing to fault.

Lovely hotel in a lovely setting, with a nice pool area. Our room was big with a comfy bed, and had a balcony which was nice for sitting out in the evenings. Good choices at breakfast and the restaurant was excellent for both lunch and dinner. Staff very friendly. Hotel is an easy 10 min walk to the beach (hotel runs a shuttle bus but we didn’t use it), the beach was nice and clean and quiet, and special mention to the beach staff who were very helpful and friendly. Just one small negative - we seemed to have issues with replenishment of coffee/milk/sugar and toiletries to the room, with having to call almost daily for this to be done. Not sure why it couldn’t be done when the room was made up! It would have been amazing to be able to have a dinner on the roof terrace watching the sun set, however, we were told “no” which is a missed opportunity there! It was a nice touch receiving champagne and a cake on my birthday, much appreciated. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. Lovely spacious bedrooms, beautiful Pool area and grounds. The staff could not be more helpful, the breakfast choice was excellent, and we enjoyed renting the bikes from Reception and cycling along the boardwalk, taking in the views. We also made use of the free hotel shuttle to the beach. 10 out of 10, thank you!

This was our second year at Ria Park and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful (a special mention to the gentleman who chauffeured us to and from the beach, apologies I cannot remember his name). The rooms were clean - I was in a slightly updated room with a lovely big shower which was really nice and the balcony was just wonderful to sit on in our robes admiring the beautiful gardens. The breakfast was plentiful and we especially liked the Brut on offer. The pool area was very clean, the only downside to our holiday were the few days of noisy guests but this was not the hotel’s fault. The time of year also meant we didn’t really need to battle for sun beds. Overall we had a lovely stay and we will be back!

We've been coming to this area and driving past this hotel for about 35 years and decided to stay couple of nights before transferring to our timeshare at Quint do Lago. It's a nice hotel with great staff and pool but little else. There is a free on-demand minibus to the beach which is a big plus. We were about surprised to find that in a few places, the carpets were worn right through..Not what you'd expect from a 5* location. Breakfast was "OK" but lacked inspiration (and decent bacon!). Weirdly, other than the scrambled eggs, all the other types of eggs on offer were stone-cold even when apparent freshly served. We felt the restaurant menu was also lacking inspiration so ate at the beach or a neighbouring resort within walking distance. Probably a great hotel for groups of golfers
