No WIFI for a 16 hours flight seems odd in today's global industry.

EXCELLENT Experience with Cathay Pacific, however I can not said that about Expedia. Due to a misspelling on my daughter name Expedia solution was to cancel the ticket and pay a cancelation fee, and off course loss my money. I called Cathay Pacific and they were able to correct the name on the ticket and enjoy my vacation with my kids.
