“We had a wonderful stay at Carmel Cumbuco Resort and would highly recommend it. The resort itself is beautiful, with spacious and well-appointed rooms — the only minor suggestion we would make is to add a chair to the room, which would make it even more comfortable. The real highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. Carol and Joaquim in the café and restaurant were warm, attentive and a pleasure to interact with throughout our stay. Special mention must go to……

“Instalações: excelente! Academia impecavel e bem equipada. Quartos amplos e organizados, piscina incrível bem como a parte da Sauna. Além de tudo imponente, uma paz grande. Restaurante Cipó: Cardapio extenso e com opcão pra tudo e todos, tudo de extrema qualidade. Café da Manhã: Excepcional, igualmente cheio de opçoes e tudo de extremo cuidado e gosto. Funcionários: Outro ponto alto do Hotel. Todos, sem exceção, são muito prestativos, cordiais, bem treinados e muito simpáticos! Mas em……

“酒店临海，窗外景观较好；酒店面积较大，有游泳池和球场；大堂也较大，可以会见朋友；但酒店房间设施较差，类似国内的快件酒店配置；早餐一般就餐环境较差，每天都是一样的供给；酒店对面就是贫民区，散步基本只能在酒店区域内；海边的沙滩很小，不适合亲水游玩。”

“The beach location is great and tranquil. Food was good. Easy walk from the beach to the park.”

“A experiência deixou muito a desejar. Havia blocos em reforma, com bastante barulho e circulação constante de trabalhadores entre os hóspedes, o que comprometeu o conforto. Para completar, o atendimento no restaurante foi extremamente ruim: cerca de 30 minutos até sermos atendidos e mais de 1 hora para o prato chegar. Não recomendo.”

“De uma maneira geral, gostamos do hotel, da limpeza, acomodações e refeições, mas o ponto de insatisfação foi a internet que não funcionou nenhum dos dias que estávamos lá. ”

“Staff was great! The entertainment people were amazing! The buffet needs alots of improvement, it was the same food everyday same stuff for breakfast same stuff for dinner. Also needs improvement with their card system I had alots of issues with the Water park entrance on both days.”
