Secure parking in the residence (unassigned space). It is composed of two bedrooms, one bedroom (1x140) overlooks the balcony and the other (2x90) overlooks the large terrace. A living room with table and chairs, TV, a separate kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with washing machine and a shower room, a separate toilet and plenty of storage space. Additional services to be paid on site: \- tourist tax according to the current rate per day and per person aged over 18 \- mandatory cleaning fee Possibility of renting sheets: Sheets 16 euros per bed / week Set of towels 10 euros per person / week (1 large and 1 small) Deposit information: \- deposit: by check or cash returned after verification by the cleaning team. No credit cards. Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival: \- Rental of sheets per bed and per week: 16 €. \- Rental of towels per person and per week: 10 €. \- Animal accommodation for the duration of the stay: 30 €.
